I paid $200 for a suite, and it stunk like sweaty gym socks left to fester in tupperware in 100° heat. The room was miserably hot and the a/c was busted and I couldn't adjust the tempature <<< you could tell this was intentional. The room was "clean" but not by mosts standards. I had to buy cleaning supplies and room spray to make it tolerable. Thank goodness it was only an overnight stay. Definitely not worth $200. I won't be back again. Do not recommend, do not stay here.

The receptionist was great. The pool and hot tub were not available, she said is should have been renovated 6 weeks ago. A disappointment. The bed was very hard, difficult to sleep. The breakfast was mostly gone and when they were asked to refill (early in the breakfast time), it was slow and only 1/2 filled. There were a lot of people waiting for food. I've never encountered this. There was a dog barking the whole time we were eating breakfast. He was in a room above which was open to the breakfast area. The clerk didn't do anything to stop the dog from barking. Not a great experience and we have stayed at Hampton Inn before.

The staff we met were awesome. The property is nice from the outside. However you could see the torn sheer curtains from the front outside. The room was clean but the condition was a different story. The sheer curtains were shreaded and the bathtub had a large crack and mold in it. Also the pool (which is why we booked this location) was closed. We could have saved 1/2 the cost and stayed at another hotel down the street. Breakfast potatoes had dirt on them

Poor lodging choice in Altus
We were in a ADA room- it needed a lot of work! Broken light, tile cracked and missing, shower fixture leaks, shower curtain was not low enough water leaks all over floor. Window curtains torn, bathroom walls had stains and closet door hung hanging along with latch. A lot of bugs in breakfast area- cotton beetles and cockroaches The place needs some work.. Pool was closed ( seem to be closed most days) Paid the highest rate in Altus and Not worth it At all!!!!

We ended up with a handicap room. The ceiling tiles were stain. The shower had very very poor water pressure and stained shower walls. The shower room’s wall was damaged. Also, the water leaked out into the bathroom floor. I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. Its quality is very poor and not up to standards! Also, the pool and hot tubs are never open for the last few years. I won’t plan staying here in the future!
