We came for a short visit and if I had any options to find another room at a different hotel, I would have. The last at the front that checked me in was very rude too!

Service was good. Heat was terrible. It took hours to heat the room 5 degrees. Also it was so noisy forget a relaxing day. Hot water only luke warm and shower drain clogged so you were standing in a couple inches of water during shower.

Lots of riffraff in this hotel on a Friday night including drunk people outside my room on the exterior trying to get through the doors and smashing into them, drunk people in the adjacent room up until 2:30 in the morning. Property is very dated and needs some updating. Didn’t feel safe staying here.

Not quite as good as usal
The breakfast used to include things like eggs and breakfast meat. These were not part of the breakfast. Disappointing. The pool used to be warmer as well. Other than that everything was good.

The pool was down. I called the morning before leaving home and was told that it was ip and running. I understand things happen but we had 5 kiddos wanting to swim. Swimming was the main purpose for renting a room

I have recently reached out to the property to ask for a refund on a day of our stay that was not used, as well as the fact that we choice this hotel due to the hot tub access. Which has been permanently shut down at this hotel, but is still being advertised. They told me I needed to talk to the travel agents. However the travel agency is telling me to contact the hotel. I’m getting very upset with the service at this point.

Something has to done about the HVAC in the rooms. It roars like a jet engine. I had to turn it off during the night or I would have never been able to get to sleep.

I like the sit down areas they have all through the hotel and the scenery. The only thing I didn’t like is that the hot tub was down and that’s my favorite thing about that place but other than that everything was great.
