Staff were polite and friendly. Maintenance of the property should be done better. Dirty toilets in the public areas are a turn off. The toilet bowl lid is smaller than the toilet bowl is unacceptable. Service can be slow.

Stayed for 2 nights, quite disappointed with the check in process (overwhelmed, housekeeping issues) which can be better for a 5* hotel standard Check in almost 4hrs late (*Tentative check in timing is at 3pm. Managed to access into our respective rooms almost near to 7pm), given complimentary welcome drinks for the delay. Security wise, felt safe with the frequent prowling by security officers Room was clean, well maintained and comfortable Nevertheless, the breakfast spread was awesome. Hotel facilities are user friendly, easily acessible and family friendly (swimming pool, gym)
