Our 2nd time staying here with 2 young kids. Clean and comfortable room. Good options for breakfast and friendly staff . Pool was clean and had towels. Facilities seemed clean and well maintained. My only feedback was that while we were showering the shampoo and conditioner was completely empty in the wall squeeze dispenser so room was not properly replenished. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Enjoyed this hotel so much! Clean, bright and cheery decor, everything looked modern and inviting. The common areas were clean and comfortable and had plenty of seating options. Didn't try the pool, but beds were comfortable, rooms were on the smaller side, toiletries were nice, bathrooms were spotless. 10/10 will stay again

The worst stay!
This was hands down the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. We couldn’t sleep at all because of the constant noise, and to make matters worse, there was no security personnel on-site and no management available to address the situation. Despite our complaints, the staff offered no real solution other than suggesting we find another hotel ourselves. Their lack of action and disregard for our concerns were beyond disappointing.

THERE WERE clean towels the first night but not the 2 or 3rd night. They did take used towels away for the third night but no different clean towels just the towels Ihad not yet used. Staying 3 nights is a bad idea

The dining area was dirty, I had to wait for dishes/silverware for breakfasts. Coffee machine broke down… but everything else was good! Rooms were cleaned, the kitchen crew were very nice and they are hard working people. I’m not sure if they were understaffed. But who ever is supposed to clean the dining area was off or didn’t come around to clean… the area was in disarray for a few days.

We went tubing for the day and Blue Mountain resort and needed a place to stay. Teu was about 25 min way. This is a new hotel so it is super clean and modern. The lobby/amanities area was great. They have a lot of board games, a lot of seats and couches, and a pool table. They also have a pretty lgood breakfast. Def great value for the price point

First thing first I would totally recommend this specific hotel to my family friends and associates. The cleanliness of this hotel was and is outstanding, my room had a great view of the courtyard. I would say prices are reasonable and great multiple selections for breakfast. However I checked in at an awful time because apparently the pool water heater was down that’s one of the things my family was really looking forward to do.
