Great place to stay!
We stayed the night here for a concert. This place is amazing. It was so convenient to be able to eat and stay here right after the show. Staff were all friendly. Just a great overall experience!

Me and my sister-in-law were attending an event in the Wind Creek event center. The front desk was not staffed sufficiently, so there was a wait to get checked in to our room. Okay, things happen, and we had a couple hours before the show. Then we get to the room, and the TV is not working. I called them immediately and they said they would send somebody up. I called again about a half hour later, and once again they said they would let the staff know. More than two hours later no one had come to service the TV, and we had to leave for the show. We get back to the room after the show, and called again. Waited over half an hour, and as you can imagine, we were tired and just wanted to rest, but I sleep with the TV on. Called one last time, and the guy came about 20 minutes after we called. As if the inconvenience wasn’t enough in terms of having to call several times, and then coming back to the room and having to call again, it literally took the tech two minutes to fix (one of the wires was crossed) and he took care of it. The tech was very polite and friendly. It just seemed to me that they are understaffed.

A Gem in Bethlehem
Wonderful hotel very centrally located to all. The staff was great, we took advantage of the Spa which was very relaxing. The Casino portion was also great.

This is a wonderful hotel. I have stayed here twice recently for a girls weekend away. It is SO great to have the casino, outlet shopping, spa, and event center with concerts and shows available all under one roof. The staff in all areas have been incredibly helpful both times. Beds are super comfy and room service food was great too.

The property and staff were nice. But, our shower was plugged. I did call the front desk but, really didn’t want anyone in my room at 10:30pm. When my son took a shower in the morning the whole floor was flooded. This was very disappointing concerning this is a 4 star hotel. This problem really was not very pleasant.
