Excellent customer service from beginning to end. All staff are friendly and respectful. Extra bath products and towels in the room. Unfortunately one of the beds had a worn out mattress that sunk in the center which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I didn't notice it until I was going to bed otherwise I would have requested a different room.
