I reserved a non smoking room, and my room still smelled like cigarettes. The sheets even had burn marks and the carpet. Also there where roaches.

U get what u pay for. Front desk staff were very nice and quick with check in. Room was fine, old and worn but fine for a quick stay. Beds were actually quite comfortable, bathroom clean.

The guy behind the reception desk was not friendly at all , the girl was ok . I understand the place in remodeling mode, bit it was so dirty , I’ll never step a foot in that place ever

Dirty & unkept Hotel

This is the first hotel, I stayed in that allowed smoking. The entire third floor was smoking rooms and it filthered down to the second floor where I stayed. I asked to move and they had no rooms available. I had to sleep in a mask so my asthma did not flare up.The place was under renovations but beyond that the room was run down not the cleaness. I had to personally take the dirty towels down to their laundry to ask for clean ones and give them my trash and request a trash bag daily otherwise, they would not service my room. There are rusted vents, lot’s of wall and ceiling patches that looks like it was done by a child. The one chair provide in the room was so filthy, that i refused to use it the entire time I was there. I should have left day one but was more focused on being there for me adopted son whose father was on life support and dying. They can give the room away and I will never stay there again.

Honestly went in the room and my first impression of the room was just shock it smelled like cigarettes stains on the walls and all in the bathroom, bathroom curtain rod breaking out of the wall which was causing the dabree to fall onto you if you were to shower which I didn’t everything was overall a horrible experience I understand it’s cheap but this is a hotel not a motel it shouldn’t look smell of feel like this wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay here honestly I left literally 10 mins after being in the room and went to book with a different night hotel

I overpaid room $83 through Expedia sign outside said $56.99. Hope they finish the renovations soon, sore eye to customers. Need to step up cleanliness of room, hardwood floor should have been mopped took tissue and rubbed across floor, tissue showed how dirty it was. Pillows need to be replaced lumpy. The bed was pretty comfy and I had hot water for my showers.

Made a pay at property reservation on expedia 5 days in advance. Was notified 2 hours before ckeck in hotel was closed shut down.sprinkler mishap.Found a nearby hotel for the same days $84 more then original booking.Knights Inn and expedia said tough luck when I asked to be reimbursed for the $84
