Housekeeping was available only by request. We stayed thee nights and had to make a request for each night of our stay to have the bed made and clean towels provided. The front desk was efficient but not very welcoming. Breakfast was minimal in selection.

The entire staff was SUPER friendly and went out of their way to get me what I needed. But, the rooms are so outdated, rundown and don’t feel clean at all. This hotel needs a major facelift and renovation. I loved the front desk girls though!

Because of the rundown condition of the rooms, I would never stay here again. It did not feel clean and the rooms need an update like never before. For a Hilton brand, I was pretty shocked. However, the entire staff was above and beyond with friendliness and helping to make sure I had what I needed. They were the only great part of the stay. 5 stars for the staff, 1-2 stars for the hotel.

If you’re choosing this hotel because they have a hot tub, make sure you call to check if it’s operable. It was out of order during our stay. Room was clean however and it WAS dog friendly.
