Need a good pest control!
Too many uninvited room mates stay with me. Ants on my bed (lucky had two beds in my room). The biggest noisy ine is cricket in my room as well. I was too tired to find it. Make the noise almost all night. I have no choice as I was self late check in. It was not a good experience after 12 hours drive,

Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good but the hot water took a couple minutes to come through. In the room I stayed in, the shower dripped constantly keeping me awake at times. The bathroom door was very hard to slide close as it had come off the sliders. Air con worked well.

It was certainly unique It was not clean, floors were dirty, bathroom door was swinging in the breeze , no toilet paper holder, trouble filling the kettle, wouldn’t fit under the sink tap, the lower toilet bowl was brown and it certainly does not look like the picture in What if.

This motel was the worst I have ever stayed in. The only saving grace was the fact that I arrived so exhausted and bleary eyed that I couldn’t see the filth that awaited me in my room. In the morning, I couldn’t wait to get out! I am not sure how this property manages to maintain a 3 star rating. My room was atrocious. Rubbish on the bench, pillows so flat they fold when you pick them up, pubic hairs in the shower, pipes that don’t drain properly (and the lingering stench caused by that issue), unvacuumed floors, long dark hairs scattered over the tissue-thin mattress protector… This place ought to be condemned.

Absolutely disgusting, rooms were filthy, toilet seat broken, the fridge wasn't cleaned, and overall room smelt dreadful. Straight up health hazard, highly recommend not to stay there.

Property was dirty and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. My granddaughter got locked in the bathroom because the door was dodgy. The pictures on the hotel website sadly don’t portray the real look and standard of the hotel. Would recommend finding accomodation else where.

We booked a room a Motel Lodge for an overnight stay while driving to Brisbane and it was the worst motel I've stayed at. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair all over the shower and bathroom floor and sink from someone shaving. The bathroom was mouldy and dusty. The shower pressure was super low, to get hot water you couldn't have the cold tap on at all. The shelf and door in the bathroom were water damaged - part of the bathroom door had rotted off and was on the floor. The toilet roll holder was broken too. There was a window without a curtain above the main door that let the balcony light in and lit the whole room up all night. Very loud noises from inside the wall, I think it was water pipes, woke us up at random times during the night. Didn't get much sleep and we left as soon as we could in the morning. I don't recommend Motel Lodge to anyone.

The reception staff were very friendly. When we got to the room, the smell was horrible. The bathroom sink was dirty, someone had shaved and not cleaned it. The toilet was dirty, the shower was dirty. The water in the shower was hot but the shower was disgusting. The towels and bed linens were clean. The refrigerator and furniture were dirty and the microwave had hair in it and was filthy. I really do not recommend it. The energy in the place was heavy and the people staying there were strange. I found the price of the accommodation very expensive for what they offer.

Th staff were friendly. The room was poor. Missing door handle to the bathroom. Broken toilet roll holder. Couldnt turn on shower cold tap. Kitchen door handles missing. Section of carpet missing. Extremly noisy so couldnt sleep therefore left during the early hours of the morning.

Bathroom sink dripping all night. No pressure for hot water and hot water took a while to get hot enough for a shower. Spider in room and it stunk. TV out dated and fridge made noise all night

The staff was super friendly and helpful, but I would not stay here that’s for sure! The floor was filthy and I put a towel on the floor so we could stand on this as it was still wet. The white towel was black from the dirt. The curtains were too small so everyone could look inside. This was temporary fixed with some tape. The two kids mattresses were hard as you could feel the springs. There is a very good fish and chips shop walking distance and this was a bonus! We were tired and had an early night and left early. Glad to get out of there!

This property was unclean with mould in bathroom/toilet.etc. No security on front door. Screens were damaged. Room smelt like someone had been smoking in a NON-SMOKING ROOM. No rubbish bin or extra blanket. Air con unit was covered in dust. Very disappointed in room. Also woken by 2 men bashing on door at 4.30am.
