My room had bloody glass fragments sticking to the ceiling—I had never seen anything like this before. The front desk staff showed zero interest in helping me resolve the most uncomplicated issues. It's disheartening to see the Hilton name associated with this kind of property.

The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The tub was leaking water on the floor. The faucet wasn't working correctly and didn't have hot water. The shower curtain had mildew on it. For the amount the hotel charges its guests, they also charge extra $33 for the parking but said fact is never mentioned anywhere. The guests are not offered any water in the rooms. Nickel-and-diming of your guests is never a great strategy.

I didn’t like the bathroom it was poorly cleaned and one of the bed Comforter has a what is looking a blood stain on it, so disgusting and disappointing for a place like that.

There was bird poop all over the balcony and old and worn chairs. Mattress was worn out and sunken in on both sides. Shower drain stopped up. Parking too expensive. Comforter too hot and no other option. Had to request a blanket that was balled up and worn. And being charged $50 a day for incidentals even though reimbursed was ridiculous. Waiter in the restaurant for breakfast was wonderful! He was the best part of our stay.

Dear Hilton Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. During my stay, I found that the staff failed to properly inform me about important aspects of the hotel, such as breakfast hours, amenities, or any special services available to guests. This lack of communication made my experience less than enjoyable. Additionally, my check-out experience at 5 AM was particularly frustrating. The staff member I encountered was not only unhelpful but also very rude. Their behavior left a negative impression, which is especially disappointing coming from a well-regarded brand like Hilton. I would appreciate your attention to this matter, as it is important that all guests feel welcomed and informed during their stay. Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear back regarding this.
