I book 2 room. I requested the rooms to be on the same floor. The staff place the rooms on different floors. I did not look at the key cards when handed to me, I gave the keys to the people using the other room. I assume the staff had place the rooms on same floor, per my request I know the staff can follow the upcoming guest I feel you should not have to pay a parking fee

I did not like that the fire alarm went off twice during my stay. First at 8pm and second at midnight, the same night. It continued to sound until the fire department showed up. It turned out to be an apparent faulty system both times.

This property was great up until they had very loud fire alarms go off several times and random times during the day and night. They had one go off at 1 am. Everyone had to evacuate the property and go outside. Little kids were crying saying “mommy, I’m scared”. And to make matters worse, the firefighters informed us that the times they’ve come out to the hotel, the calls and the hotel alarms are due to a malfunction! Not good Hampton! We even had a guy that has been staying there for work, tell us that the fire alarms have been going off all week! There was no fire protocol whatsoever. Also, there was one day that our bed wasn’t made. The housekeeping took out our trash and replaced our towels, but yet managed to not make our bed.

It was disappointing to stay at a hotel where you have to pay for parking. Were there places around the hotel you could have parked and not be charged? It was a disturbing factor that the fire alarm was activated twice at inconvenient times; there were two front elevators by the check-in desk but only one worked, and no staff advised that there were other elevators at check-in you can use. I was not expecting this from a Hilton hotel.

Our room seemed clean but rugs were dirty and needed to be replaced. Shower door was broken and bathroom needed caulking. Towel and bedding was good. Paying for parking. I would rather they added 10 dollars to the room and save us the hassle of going on line to pay. Breakfast was very good!

They served breakfast everyday starting at 6am until 10am which was nice you could sleep in a little bit and know that you could still go down for breakfast. The staff came in daily to make the beds and swap out towels if left on the floors. The ice machines was only working on certain floors. All employees that I encountered while there was all nice and friendly.
