Overall, the room was nice. The staff was great during check in/out. The bed was really firm. The shower curtain also had a weird stain on it. Other than that, nice stay.

Perfectly located
Customer service was excellent. Close to the hospitaly mom was at. Close to mall, walmart, several restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Whatever you needed is definitely within close proximity. My only issue was the cleanliness of the sofa and chase. I think that those should be cleaned often but most hotels neglect that fact. But would definitely recommend to stay.

Staff friendly. Room clean. Bed okay. No hot water. Television did not work. Internet did not work. I had to use my phone as a hotspot. No option to change room. No repairs made. When I received my bill, fees were added for parking which was not shown prior booking. I was really disappointed.

We stay here everytime we come for softball tournaments. This use to be a great place. But unfortunately I think it’s slowly come to be run down. Our room was not clean. There were items from previous guests and hair everywhere. After a long day at the park we just dealt with it for the one night. But highly disappointed and will probably not return. The water bottle from the last guest was behind a pillow. The counter had hair gel and hair everywhere. The light shades were broken and a stain on the wall next to the light fixture. Hair between the sheets. Disappointed and disgusted.

Hairs on the shower curtain and on the top of the toilet. The shower had mildew growing in it. This kinda gives you a not so comfortable feeling when laying in their bed. They also have the audacity to charge a “parking recapture fee” after you check out. It’s $4.26 which isn’t a big deal but they aren’t upfront about it and parking isn’t an issue in the area. If you are going to be misleading about additional fees I wonder what else they may be trying to hide in other areas of this hotel.

I made my reservation the night before and it was confirmed. When i got to the hotel at 9:30pm they didn't have a room for me! They confirmed that i did have the reservation, they overbooked! I don't know if this was Marriott or Expedia. Im grateful the gentleman at the front desk found me another hotel to stay at.
