TV didn’t work. Heard water running down the wall in the bathroom and AC didn’t work. Used wall thermostat but air never kicked on. Wall unit said LE. Reported issues to front desk.

Should not allow people to stay in that room

A/C didn’t work, TV was very small, stains all in the carpet, and smelled bad in the room. You could see they were trying to update everything but my room was not up to par.

Pretty decent stay !

Just had a quick overnight stay for 2, but the hotel was pretty nice. The nice lady at front desk was very attentive and pleasant. The room was very comfortable (temp wise) and actually had to turn the a/c up, which is rare in most hotels. The beds were comfy and the room was pretty clean. Only small complaint was that the tub or sink in bathroom didn't drain well, so when running shower, the water kind of filled up, same for sink. Only three towels and one washcloth in bath. No foot towel for shower. Breakfast was pretty decent the next morning and of course was greeted very friendly upon checkout. Just me and my daughter and felt really safe here. Gonna give it 4 1/2 stars, just due to the few small bathroom points.

4/2025 Review

We visited the Pineville, LA, Country Inn & Suites on 4/12 through 4/13. The room is very nicely appointed. The bathroom was clean. The beds nicely made. My only complaint was that the carpet was very stained between the two beds and in front of the dresser. There was also part of a corn chip on the floor between the two beds...and we didn't eat in the room. We did not eat the complementary breakfast, so I cannot rate it. There were options from hot food to cereal, but we didn't sample anything.
