The bathtub didn't drain when I showered. I checked to sww if I had accidentally lowered the plug a d came up with a wad of hair a d scum. ( Not my hair!)

Extremely poor experience!

There was someone else's hair in the shower, a long with a dirty tub. My wife has red hair and this was long black hair. No remote to control the TV (apparently a lot of them are stolen). TV didn't work with the buttons on the TV. Looked like unfinished paint/sheetrock repair in room. Windows were dirty. Trash left in hallways overnight. Marijuana smell throughout the hallway and even in our room when we returned (we do not smoke that garbage). Overall, a poor experience and in the process of requesting a full refund.

It was an experience

The lady at the desk was very nice. We got to our room and it was occupied! Got a second room, the tv didn’t work. Got a third room, tv stuck on USA Harry Potter. The room was clean and large. Breakfast was good.

Ms. Angie was amazing. From start to finish. Ms. Angie made our stay there great eventhough, The pool wasnt very clean and that was one of the main reasons i booked the room, but Patricia I believe her name was from evening shift cleaned the pool for us the best she could and did a good job

Zero towels in room, sofa bed was so dirty we didn’t even want to sit on it much less sleep, bathroom dirty caulking all peeled away around tub and just hanging there. Broken coffee pot. Remote broken but hey the a/c blew cold like a blizzard.

Terribly dirty rooms no working tvs or remotes , IF they were available. Not all rooms had tvs at remotes is what we were told. Mold and rust in bathrooms sofa terribly dirty. Could use an overhaul for sure

When we got into our room we gotta a dirty room nothing made. Our next room the water wouldn't heat up and there was hhair everywhere. Our towels has pube hair on it and the sheets didn't look like they were cleaned. I will probably never book with comfort again
