only two elevators, one broken when we arrived and the other broke the next day, we had to take the stairs to 8th floor, some people were waiting in lobby until someone went to fix it. they should have fixed the first elevator since the beginning.

My colleagues and I got two rooms on the 6th floor it was not quiet, in the hall there was a couple fighting, cursing each other and screaming arou 3am. We couldn't sleep well.

We come to the DC area 2 or 3 times a year. We like this location because of the eating places and the surrounding areas are very nice. The hotel it self is a little older but it’s very clean and comfortable.

Neat, but old and smelly
While checking in, two ladies in front of us were complaining about smell and requesting a new room. Our room also smelled. The hotel has old carpets that give off the old cigarette smoke smell. One of two elevators was out of service, causing delays, especially in the morning. The coffee machine at breakfast did not work. Overall, the room was clean and neat, the beds very comfortable. They just need to figure out the smell problem.
