This property has performed an act of false advertisement. Me and my family chose this location because on the Orbitz site its a swimming pool included in the photographs and while checking in I asked about the pool and was told it's no longer a pool I was highly disappointed because my family and I was looking forward to swimming on the property.

Worth It.

This property lived up to other reviews. It is significantly close to what is expected level of cleanliness and service as a Holiday Inn express or Hampton Inn. Appreciated the staff. Suite was roomy. Some touch up painting would have helped and the closet door was broken, but everything else was good. This is conveniently located by the highway and the EV charger was ideal.

The hotel was spotless! The walk-in shower was a dream, and the bed was so comfy, it felt like I was back home. It was definitely the best bed I’ve ever slept in! And the breakfast buffet was clean and delicious. I couldn’t stop eating!

Pros: complimentary breakfast with Lots of food options and workers constantly restocking items, make your own waffles, bacon, eggs, toast and bagels, pre-packaged muffins and danishes, yogurt, oatmeal, drinks. lots of parking and it’s free, easy check in, friendly staff. Cons: very small rooms, could barely fit my toddlers blow up mattress on the floor, it was wedged between the bottom of the bed and the bureau. Rooms were dated, paint chipping, etc. room was loud from street traffic, luckily we had a sound machine. Only one elevator working so it was a longer wait.

Staff was amazing and very helpful with directions and what to see/eat around town. They were always greeting us each time we came back. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Only issue was one of the two elevators was out of order our entire stay(5 nights) and the other working elevator was extremely slow in response time which made coming/going a bit inconvenient at times. I did overhear other customers discussing the issue with front staff and they were very courteous and accommodating with their concerns. Overall great stay, would stay again.

The room was clean but the facility was in dire need of repair. One of the elevators was out of order and the stairway was dirty and the secure door had large holes in the bottom. So how secure was it? I understand why it was a budget price facility.
