Last minute hotel was hopeful since we had stayed at the Holiday Inn next door before. The cleaning ladies make the difference. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly as we had to change rooms due the toilet not flushing. The next room had holes in the carpet and the place is need for a serious remodel. However, the most disappointing was the pool that looked like “Creature from the Black Lagoon” with algae that had not been maintained. We tried the hot tub limitedly. Be careful outside as there were used syringes that I disposed due to the kids almost stepping on it. New management and remodel needed.

The front desk guy was super nice. And they had a really cute breakfast area. Room was clean and smelled good when we walked in. Located in a convienient spot. Over all good experience.

This was second choice with little advance due to change in plans. Was apprehensive about location, but turned out OK. Freeway and local traffic noise was not an issue. Check-in was straightforward. On entering room, I said "Oh-Oh" when I saw the unsightly bathroom door frame. It had serious paint issues, but that turned out to be the only blemish. The rest of the room was nice, everything worked well, the HVAC was efficient and quiet. Our main complaint would be the breakfast was somewhat basic and lacking. Other than scrambled eggs, there was no protean--no meats, no yogurt. I can't eat eggs, so settled on carbs-lots of carbs. Coffee was good though. Good place for sleep-over.

Dingy, blue hair in sink, no coffee lids to go, thin towels and only 2 in the room. Coffee maker already had left over dingy water in maker in the room Gross! Would not recommend.

We checked in the bed and bathroom was dirty. They switched us rooms it was dirty and the toilet didn’t work. We switched again and it was kind of okay. I asked for a discount and was told to talk to management in the morning. So I did they offered me 20 dollars. I didn’t believe that was fair so I asked the manager for more because it was inconvenient and time consuming to move around so much. He gave me 25 off. I still need to check if that ever came through along with my deposit. I really thought it’d be nice because it’s next to the ballon fiesta park but it was awful. For 125 no way! Don’t!

I liked. This place personally. I had a room with a kimg bed and a small couch with coffee table (which i believe is an upgrade) the free breakfast was good (as long as you screened you biscuits for hardness) and staff was pretty chill
