2 nd time there. Would go again.

The check in was fast . In our room the bedside lamp and clock didn’t work and closer look needed to be plugged in but plug was very loose. Went back to clerk at front counter and he kindly moved us to a different room. Everything worked perfectly in next room. Dated hotel but comfortable bed . Good shower, pretty clean room.We stayed there once before and would probably stay again thanks to the clerks fast action to give us a better room. Oh and the breakfast was pretty good.

I ended up getting a room upgrade for free. The room was nice and spacious, with all the little touches such as hairdryer, tissue box and bedside clock. The bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast choices was and added bonus. This property also had a heated pool and spa, which I regretted not getting to use due to my late arrival.

It was an okay stay. The room was decent but getting worn. It was really hard to regulate the temperature - either too hot or too cold, so I didn’t rest/sleep well. The traffic noise was also loud. I’ve stayed at much worse places but also at better.

Features of the room were outdated...carpet, sofa, sink fixtures, etc. Our door would not open all the way due to hitting the floor. TV was situated where it was not easily viewed from sitting area. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast included hot items each morning. Check in and out was quick and efficient.

I didn’t get to stay in this hotel, got caught in the middle of the snowstorm, it was unsafe to keep driving to the hotel. The staff was not understanding of my unsafe situation had no sympathy and refused to give me a refund so I can stay at a closer hotel to were I was.
