The room was clean and staff friendly. Shower faucet almost impossible to open and close. AC had a special trick to keep it running. Known issues. Hotel lobby is dark. For the price, these items should be fixed.

This is a renovated property, and the rooms (a bit small and limited outlets for computers and phones) show the older style (updated paint and design) with a noisy air-conditioning unit... it works but a bit noisy. The staff was excellent, and the food was so good, unique dishes and our server Phil was very accommodating ... we will be back.

We enjoyed the wine tasting on Saturday night and the hotel was a few miles from balloon fiesta. Watching from balcony was a plus. The only issue we had was that elevator was out for two and we were on fifth floor plus ice maker on our floor out of order.

I love the staff at this hotel. They were kind, considerate attentive. I loved it. It's also very cool set up. It has a cool restaurant and you get free drinks. I don't drink however it was cool that they offered will definitely stay there again.

The rooms decor was a bit much, with loud paint schemes. A little dated but comfortable. There's no phone in the room, you have to communicate through text message to front desk, which i didn't mind at all. Overall i would stay here again.

The hotel is older but very cute. Lots of dining options in the area and easy to get to. The showers are great, good pressure and hot water. Better than some of the more expensive places. The hotel is of the highway, so it's easy to get on and off.

There roll away bed was terrible the springs was hanging out didn’t know that two of the bed were gonna be on the floor when I called I was told it was two full beds and a king bed but it was two twin beds on the floor and a king bed the shower head was bad the water just went straight down and the guy in the front desk was rude

The shower curtain in room didn't block water and made the floors very wet. The patio had broken glass on it. I cut my finger picking some up. The dog kept finding cigarettes on the patio as well. Lightbulb by the mirror was burnt out when we arrived. Some of the channels dont work on the TV too. They are just still images. Sat cable is taped to the wall. Wall outlets dont work. Phones and devices didnt charge fully when plugged when using it at night. Possible bed bugs. Staff was super helpful and kind though. A gem really. I was told Id receive a "complimentary local craft drink at check-in" via text but never got one. I think they forgot.
