I informed the clerk I was checking out on the 12th. Said I had to contact Expedia. Gave me a phone # and it was for AAA. Trying to contact Expedia which is almost impossible. Have travel insurance tried to request claim and keep getting kicked out after asking virtual assistance for help. Not working at all to make claim for one day refund.

This place was extremely run down. The incident fee was way pricey than better hotels! Not staying there again. The place had an odor that was throughout the hotel.

Very run down. Carpeting definitely needs to be replaced. Trash cans were overflowing with trash. I will never stay at a La Quinta again

Waited for someone at the front desk for 15 minutes to check in. Had to get someones attention by yelling hello is anyone there. The person at the front desk was watching TV. You could hear it in the background. Transite people going in and out of the hotel building at night. Back door was proped open.

Good value for the price. Older property with some wear and tear in the bathroom but perfectly clean. Great, comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

When entering the building it smelled like an old dirty house. It wasn't dirty just smelled like it. When entering our room it smelled like human urine. Other than the not so good smells our stay was great. The odor wasn't a strong odor.

The room smelled like foot odor and carpet was dirty. By ice machine on 2 floor, piles off trash left. other then that bed was very comfortable and shower was very clean.

Great location!

It was a bit confusing navigating with another La Quinta across I-25 from ours. The location was near our favorite restaurants and within 10 minutes of the Pendleton store.
