The property seems a little dated and rough around the edges, but the service and courteousness of the staff more than makes up for it! Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Room OK, never cleaned while I was there

No problems with check-in, at the desk, friendly and helpful. Got to say while the bed and bathroom were clean when I arrived, there were dirty boot prints at the lower left corner of the door. Maybe because I was staying eight nights, the maid didn’t think it necessary to check on my room. One time when I caught her rolling by my room, I was able to get a change of towels. That was the total of the maids efforts.

Television was broken along with the bathroom door not closing properly and there was gum stuck on the wall and the room had a bad smell, I spoke to the front desk and told them my concerns they were unable to switch me rooms and told me they will have the maintenance person attend to the room in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone to stay in.

None of their Breakfast amenities worked (microwave was broken, hot water was luke warm, and their juice dispensers were fakes and didn't even dispense) For the room itself the shower was leaky. And would shoot out in multiple directions. Otherwise the room was great and I liked that it was very quiet. A good place to go for two, but not for a big family you need to feed.

Mattress needs to be replaced. Room appeared to be clean but floor was filthy like it hasn’t been mopped in a long while. TV is too small for the size of the room. Built in plug on lamps worked intermittently.
