The fact that they tell you we can’t drink out of the bar areas but people are drunk offf their butts at 3 in the morning and you can’t sleep because they are making so much noise is absurd… and we need more designated smoking areas it’s too much of a hassle to walk to opposite side of the building just for a smoke… but again you can smell the smoke coming from other areas…

I requested a room with a bathtub, it had paint peeling asked to change rooms and still got placed in a room with a bathtub that had peeling paint. We stayed there just because of the bathtubs and didn’t not get to use them!

Had the shower stop working, not once but twice during my stay. One day I had no water at all the second I had no hot water. Rooms are OK a little dated. Bed was not comfortable. Spa was OK but for some reason we couldn’t get the technicians to work on mine or my husband‘s back. They kept wanting to rub our legs and feet even though they knew it on the paper that we both had back pain from the bed.

Things to improve: the clerk at the front desk while checking in was not in a good mood, he was very quiet, antisocial, did not bother to explain about the amenities the hotel had, overall he was non talkative. Room doors need painting, they were very used and they had scratches here and there. Bathtub needs a good deep scratch cleaning and maybe it’s clogged because the water was taking a while to run down. Panda Express and Fatburguers run out of food quick, by 8pm they were all in a rush to go and they left clients without ordering, standing there, they need more supply on food. Fatburguers food quality was a big issue here. Pool and hot tub water need to be cleaned or replace with clean water, in the hot tub water you can see water was turning already greenish and soapy.I also think, they need to clean, sweep, mop and disinfect the surroundings of the pool including the seat area. Good things: Room cleanliness. Casino and bars. Chile Ristra and Chill Ice Cream & Coffee Bar. Clerks at the front desk at my checkout day were nice people. Staff politeness.
