Nice staff- not a great location

The staff was great - however this should be noted as more of a motel than a hotel...for what I paid I could have stayed at a 4 star.

OK NIGHT

We Booked 2 rooms, they served its purpose, it was a quick trip used the room basically to just sleep.... that hotel has seen better days, needs upgrading big time, wall paper coming off, rust in corners of floors shower curtains, floors not level, beds werent the comfiest or the pillows, we had hot water, & the ac unit worked so was good the 4 staff members i came across were nice & welcoming the 2 at check in & the 2 night all seemed nice & willing to help, I know its not on them to update but they were pleasant while interacting with the people, we didnt make it to breakfast they stopped serving by 9, I am used to 10 1030 @ least especially on weekends Overall got what i paid for i have paid for 180/night suite & pool @ hotel has been horribly very dirty the pool here lOoked clean & ready for use so overall an good experience

The property is the worst I have stayed at. The only 2 exit doors at my end of the building were locked. There were big stains in the ceiling and sink. The outside patio was locked but not closed. Staff did not care about the fire hazard.

The air conditioning work great and hot tub was about the only thing good about this visit. I've stayed there before and times before this one the staff was so friendly and just over all a good experience this time was not like that the staff was very rude and hateful and had dirty towels hanging in shower when went in room. Asked for a fridge in room and didn't get that. Just not a good experience at all and will not be back.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room was disgusting and not clean. Black mold in bathroom ceiling. Used dental pics left on Ac unit. Stains and what looked like throw up on carpet. Toilet was clogged and not working.

This was without a doubt one of the worst experiences of my life. We weren’t even checked in 10 minutes and our room smelled completely of cigarette smoke (on the 5th floor” the conjoining door someone attempted to open and my gf bound small splatters of blood on the sheets…. We attempted to go to the front desk, no one was there so we sat our key in the desk and left. Ended up booking in another city for $659, so this is not about the money but principle. They denied a refund, they could not have cared less in all honesty and out of spite held the deposit longer than they should have. I contacted the NM health department and advised them to take a look into this.
