I appreciate being moved to Room 129 after sharing that Room 128 needed deep cleaning (odor issues) Older hotel, but meets basic needs. Room was comfortable. Kind and friendly staff!

Good place to stay
Clean. Easy checkin. Breakfast was good, but not laid out well. Toaster and microwave were in a different room than the bread and oatmeal. But it was a great breakfast. Fresh not powdered eggs, bacon. Heater in room seems to have auto shutoff after maybe 4 hours. Had to turn it back on when we woke up.

This is a dumpy rundown HoJo’s that is hard to get to. Smoke detectors beeped the whole time I was there. The room was clean but I could not run the ventilation because it was moldy. There are better places.

The manager saved my evening. I came to Albuquerque to drop my boyfriend off at the airport and since it was late in the day, he asked me to get a room so i wasn't driving the 2 and a half hour drive back in the dark. I booked a room on Expedia before leaving the house. Unfortunately, when i got here i realized I forgot my wallet. It was also unfortunate that the girls at the desk were idiots. I was told they needed $100 deposit for incidentals. My mom sent a picture of her card. They refused because it was hers. My mom found my wallet and sent a picture of my card. They said they needed the physical card. I offered cash, they said they couldn't take cash, at which point i stormed out. As i was about to leave the manager knocked on my window and said we could work this out. She excepted the cash. I truly thank her. I was dead tired.
