I loved the hotel and staff. This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Security gate surrounding the hotel. The only downside was the homeless individuals tend to hang out in surrounding areas so I got takeout and was back in my room before dark. I would stay here again. It was conveniently located near my doctors office.

Was confusing at first needing a code to enter the parking lot. But it may be because we were so late arriving. Called the hotel and they gave us the code. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and the shower water pressure was the best!

The AC in our room might need to get serviced. It does blow cold but whenever it cycles on and off during the night. It emits a loud whining sound. We didn't report it because we had an early wake up and didn't want to deal with anyone trying to fix it when we could be resting. But other than that, the hotel is in an easy to get to location and the service was excellent.

The front desk was great at checking us in and great with instructions on what was offered at the property and how to get in and out of the building and the parking lot. I did enjoy that this property had a gated parking area. The rooms were cleaned and bright and the hotel was in a great location.
