We had a great stay. The only thing that bothered a little was that the beds were super hard and uncomfortable. But over all the pool was nice and the room was clean. The staff was nice too.

Front desk was less than helpful and waited over 15 mins before anyone showed up to check us in. In the room the thermostat did not work at all. Hot water in the morning lasted only a few mins and when I contacted the front desk, they said they’d notify the maintenance dept. but they would have to come in my room to fix the problem, at 630 in the morning with shampoo still in my hair I opted to to take an ice cold shower rather than have maintenance men in my room while I was trying to get ready. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Great overnight stay

We had been driving 13 hours when we got to the hotel. Even though the lobby was busy, we got great service from the front desk person. We had reserved the last king room, so she informed us we had a handicapped room. She shared the local restaurants and mentioned the locally-owned Mexican restaurant that would give you a free margarita with your room key. We enjoyed supper there. We came back to the hot tub and enjoyed that very much right before bed. The hot breakfast the next morning was very good!

Great friendly service and a nice clean room & comfy bed. Colors had a route 66 vibe which was fun. Lots of breakfast choices - plenty of warm options! Would be nice to have a restaurant nearby or a more walkable area but it met our need of a 1 night stay. There is a charge for pets even though it's pet friendly. Fine, just need to check the fine print so you're not surprised!

Nice stay

The room was very roomy and comfortable. Our room faced I-40, very noticeable traffic noise. The ceiling apparently had a leak, but they did not repair the drywall and it really looks bad. It shows badly. I tried to take a photo, but the site did nit wirk. Otherwise loved the room. Great breakfast.

Rooms are in need of repair/maintenance

The staff were great, coffee n the lobby was fresh and hot, and breakfast offered something for everyone. However, our room on the second floor was run down. The tile base in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The toilet paper holder literally fell off the wall (held on with blue tape). 🙄 This property was definitely not up to the Hampton Inn standards that we usually encounter.
