We stayed the night while on a long road trip. The bed was comfortable & the room was clean. We thought the breakfast was great! They had self-serve eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereals, flavored oatmeal packets, assortment of pastries/donuts and most importantly-good coffee! Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were not completely updated, but it was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. They even had an early bird breakfast for the people going to the balloon fiesta.

Balloon Fiesta Lodging
Did one night here because it is close to the balloon fiesta. Generally good hotel but older and the condition is so-so. However, cleanliness was good and the provision of breakfast, especially early enough for Fiesta goers, was great!

As soon as we checked in we were advised that there would be no housekeeping our whole stay because they only do housekeeping every 3 days. The room smelled like urine. We had to change our own towels and take out our own trash and the room was not cheap because of the balloon festival. Needless to say we won’t be staying here again.

If you are going to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta, this is an extremely convenient hotel. Easy to avoid traffic from this location. The hotel is outdated, but clean and safe. They even had muffins to grab for the early mornings of the fiesta. Friendly staff and great communication. The next door area was fenced off with sharp fencing, so looks alarming, but we felt safe. I would only stay here again if we were doing the Fiesta again. It’s just outdated and needs an update.

Check in staff said there was 2 breakfast in the morning. Early breakfast for Balloon crown on the go then regular breakfast till 10am the morning, but when went down at 9:15 there was no breakfast. Apparently it was done at 9… There was nothing to eat not even a cup of coffee. Front desk said however told us made a mistake Hotel was old and dated …moldy bathroom and Over priced, we will never stay here again
