This was a perfect stay for the balloon fiesta everyone was incredibly nice. I loved the thoughtfulness the hotel had for housekeeping early in the morning if you left for the ballon festival. That way you could come back and nap in a clean room. They had breakfast options also for those leaving before the breakfast service. Everything was well thought out

I accidentally left clothes in a dresser drawer. ( I realize there might be quite a few people that do this since there are so many rooms in this particular hotel, but it seems ridiculous that it is so hard to locate them.) I would think it would be simple to put everything in a small garbage sack with the room number written on it, then given to the third party the hotel uses. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing has been found. There were 2 nice dress slacks, a sweater, several shirts, Levi jeggings. I realize this was my fault, but I’ve heard of similar situations at other hotel chains where less clothing, or a cord, for example, was left, and if didn’t take this long to find their belongings.

Staff was friendly and polite. The doggy package was missing a ball and for the extra charge for a pooch should of had one! The room was nice and the happy hour was good. Breakfast with made to order omelettes was fantastic!! Would stay just for the breakfast!!

I was very disappointed to not have received the room type I reserved. To go into the shower for soap to wash hands is ridiculous. I have never been to a hotel that did not provide soap at a sink. When we requested linens for the pullout bed, only sheets were provided - no blanket or pillow. The room phone was not working so we had to go down to the desk to request the linens. The breakfast buffet food was not warm. There was no tea beyond 8 varieties of herbal. We ate in the restaurant and once again the food was like warm at best. The facility came far from the high quality I have experienced in many years of patronizing Embassy Suites. I sincerely hope these comments help to improve

Good location, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was very good. Our biggest complaint was the indoor pool. The water was so cold we could not even swim. There was no hot tub or spa which was very disappointing.

The room vent system in the room sounded like a jet engine. The maintain person said the management was aware of this and note all rooms had this problem....There's more... They charge 15 $ a night to park car. I don't leave reviews. We booked a room weeks in advance. We arrived a bit early and the desk clerk said our room wasn't ready but this one was. We accepted this room. First mistake. Worst room in the building. Jenifer the front desk clerk went out of her way NOT to accommodate us by providing the best Hilton ,had for the money we spent. Lack of Hospitality is the goal at this Hotel. Never again Hilton....JEZ

I did not stay at your property but you charged credit card $1000.00. I am a disabled Vietnam War, Persian Gulf War and Somalia Marine Corps Veteran. I was visiting your city to attend a wedding. Im losing my vision. I called your hotel to cancel when I realized my detorating sight would not premit me to attend. Your hotel staff to me to go through Expedia. I did and explained my situation. EXPEDIA contacted the hotel manager about my need to cancel.The hotel manager said,too late, screw him he's going to pay for the entire stay regardless of the circumstances. Ive been a Hilton Honors member for over two decades. So much for being a loyal customer .

Had to ask for hand soap. Towels were thin and rough. No shower curtain liner so floor was wet. Breakfast "buffet" was no better than what is offered at Comfort Inn. Paying $15 to self park is insulting.
