The check in was quick, our room was comforable and clean. Only odd thing was the bed wasnt centered in the room. Im guessing at one point it had 2beds in it. But it wasnt inconvenient just made the room feel kinda empty or something. But that wasnt a issue. It was queit didnt hear people in the pool which we were really close to. Hotel staff were really nice and helpful. We didnt use the shuttle. Only issues i did have was the door when you opened it and it was closing really fast it almost like it was slamming shut, and with it being a fairly heavy door it would like literally push you out of the way. But we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we kept missing the breakfast.

Unfortunately there was a late night domestic violence incident in a nearby room which kept everyone awake for over 2 hours. No one at the desk to respond. Otherwise a pleasant experience. Day staff excellent and shuttle driver was delightful

We have seated at this hotel several times a year for the last decade. We are very happy with it. People are very friendly and helpful. This time we had to call the front desk to bring us ice bucket. Also noticed that the curtains had a broken/missing holder and the front of the desk was loose. However, we would stay here again. Breakfast is very nice.

Very clean, yet simple hotel. Nice to land after a long days travel. They do have a shuttle but best to call ahead of landing if late flight to notify them of a pickup. Safe parking, well lit and cameras on vehicles. Overall was nice and very clean. Simple rooms.

This was my third stay at this property; it is a very well run hotel; from early check in/confirmation of reservation online, assistance with shuttle service (Mona picked me up after a late schedule flight at the airport. and Julie took me to the rental car center the next morning) Very easy personalized service. Breakfast was simple, good, with some healthy options. The hotel has been well maintained and is very clean. Great place to conclude a long day of travel.
