I live abroad but work in New Mexico and Colorado so I travel back and forth pretty regularly. The Best Western ABQ Airport has become my go-to hotel whenever I travel. The biggest things for me is the staff there, They always seem happy, friendly, and eager to help. To me that's the sign of a well run operation and something that's not always common now. I also really enjoy their breakfast and airport transportation. All of this makes my travel experiences better and more efficient, which is really important to me.

2-star Hotel at best

The hotel is not accurately rated on Hotels.com, it is definitely not a 3.5-star hotel… we received an email the day before checkin stating the hotel does not provide elevator access to guests, there was also a huge frayed patch in the hallway carpet, missing floor tiles in our room, and the towels appeared to be the same towels they used in 1980? We also requested housekeeping after the second night of our stay and when they didn’t come that day the front desk claimed to have no record of our request. It was a very poor experience!

Walked into our room smelled clean, was clean! Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts Ive had! Eggs hashbrowns waffles with all the fixings cereal a yogurt machine. Really great.

No elevator in the building where I stayed… so I had to carry suitcases up two flights. One of the lamps wasn’t working. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Coffee pot was placed far away from any accessible plug so I had to rearrange to brew a cup
