The staff seemed distracted and didn't greet guests as they were talking amongst themselves. Additionally, I had called a week earlier prior to my booking and was told EV charging was free, but upon arrival, I learned this wasn’t the case. The receptionist made me feel as though I was making it up, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, these issues have made me reconsider staying at this hotel for my next trip to Albany.

Clean but very noisy like daycare
First visit at a Hliton Tru hotel… overall the hotel was clean and comfortable however i felt like i was at a daycare. Too many kids were at this hotel and was very noisy. Kids running down halls and making all sorts of racket. Did not enjoy sleep. Breakfast was also not what i expected. Hot breakfast was actually cold and does not compare to other brands out there providing hot breakfast.

The property was beautiful but the room we had was missing a remote control for the tv. We did call and another one was provided. I just think that the conditions of the space could have been better for a newer space. Under the bathroom sink was broken and there were a few holes in the wall. The pool was nice and so was the other amenities.

I booked this place for the breakfast bar. It’s a convenience that most places don’t offer any more. But it was very mid, I wouldn’t book this place again based on breakfast. It looked clean but when I looked at the bed there was a stain (Marinara possibly stain on the blanket) and they don’t clean every day. Apparently that’s a thing since covid. And the shower did have stains on the Men edges but the hotel was supposedly so new that it doesn’t show on so maps. ( it did on goggle maps) They staff was very friendly. I wasn’t there more then to sleep so these where the only things i noticed. I will say it was extremely quiet to be next to the airport.
