I was there as an Expedia customer I was not giving any VIP access. I had lots of problems with my room the bedding, the mattress cover the pillows. The blankets were all moist, damp wet. I did not immediately they were trying to figure out if they were gonna change the sheets now, the bike is all moist and damp, we went to the room broke. The refrigerator is broke lightbulbs are missing I called you spoke to you. You did not offer me another property to stay at this horrific. The whole state was horrific. Thank you staying there as it gets she feels very uncomfortable and dirty hotel that paid $605 Just kept getting worse. This is my first experience with Expedia with they did not take care of me very disappointed. I got nothing for being a VIP access member Did $12 credit you gave me was not at all easy to use? It’s actually difficult.. Very surprised that you accept The state of the room, the state of how we felt the state of the unruliness and that was forced to stay there in a hotel room overlooking a parking lot Through you I was told that we have A room Overlooking the lake that did not happen. I felt like I was cornered because it was only one of the room I could possibly go to, and then there was no more rooms that were clean and that’s not really fair to me. I’ve booked a room with you guys with the view with the address months ago, and this is not acceptable and $75 one key you gave me I have to buy something in order to get that I didn’t get anything credited from

Our room was clean, no coffee maker, mattress was was a little to firm for me and I woke up with my neck hurting all day. Other than that the people at the hotel were extremely nice as well as in the restaurant we went to Enjoyed our stay

Property itself was nice. Kimberly at the checkin desk was wonderful! The dining options were ok, but very short staffed with long waits-the young man who waited on us at Flipt was great-very personable and helpful. The surrounding area was very run down and did not look safe at all.

Perhaps it is just new but simple things seemed to be a little off. I've checked into a million hotels and at this one it seemed like a motel with no eye contact. The rooms don't have coffee or even waters. Bed is comfortable and otherwise the room is nice albeit a little dark even with windows open.

Excellent getaway hotel
Had a great stay this past weekend. Parking was a breeze and and grounds were very well maintained. Plenty of room to throw cornhole or just relax outside. Very clean place. I was impressed and would definitely stay here again!
