Although our first room wasn’t clean they immediately apologized and gave us another room. Also made sure we were happy with our new room. Went out of there way to make sure our stay was clean, safe and comfortable

Clean, safe, friendly staff, within walking distance of MVP arena. There is really not much around though if you are looking for shopping. Surrounding area was eerily quiet, although we were there on a Sunday night for an event at MVP. The name of the hotel has changed to Country Inn & Suites though- no longer Albany Hotel. This needs to be updated on the hotels.com app.

Plenty of parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to the main sports/concert arena and downtown. Ten minute walking distance to NYS buildings. Climate control in the room was not good.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the heat, the room was too warm and we couldn’t turn down the heat.

First it was hot in the room could not turn it down we opened the window the 2” it allowed but it was 78 in the room. Next the shower wouldn’t go to the shower head much so couldn’t shower really. Last a mouse came out from under my bed. Was a little guy but still shocking

Fine place to stay.
Looked rough from the outside. Room itself was large and very nice. Shower was good and strong. Bed was okay. Receptionists were nice. No breakfast. Small hotel store was reasonably priced. Location was okay.
