Average $125 a night hotel but cost $160, breakfast wasn't very good and I understand it was by the airport and they can't do anything about the planes but it was like staying next to railroad tracks for how loud they were

This hotel was disgusting. The hallways, lobby and room smelled terribly. I could not stay ot was so gross. Hotels.com ZERO help on resolving this ...they say call the hotel, the hotel says call hotels.com Good luck with any customer service with hotels.com Closing any accounts the family has and never using again.

the room did not get cleaned throughout our 3 night stay. I was told since we had the do not disturb at 9:30 in the morning, housekeeping couldn’t do the room. That is unacceptable. We left the room at 11, took the DND sign off and returned at 3. No one came to change towels or take garbage. There is only one small can in the room. The water in the pool was dirty and very cold. Breakfast was ok

The front desk and housekeeping people are always courteous and try to be helpful. Housekeeping is always great. There are variable grades of rooms regards the fridges, tvs and channels. shower heads that work or don't. Some have luggage caddies. Some don't. There were no operable ice machines for months. I think there is one working now though.

Not what I was expecting. I went out and bought my own blankets & pillows to cover the top of the bed because it just looked suspect. I don’t see how people are giving this place high reviews.It was dirty and gave me a bad vibe. I would never stay here again.
