I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area. Courteous and helpful staff, very clean and beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds. The free breakfast was very good.

Good start, room needs help

Staff was great. Hotel overall was clean. Room needs work. Bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain rod falling out of wall. Toilet seat broken. Bes closest to window sags very bad in the middle. Hurt badly when i woke up.

INCREDIBLE, 4 Star Hotel! Highly, Highly Recommend

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! We recently held a company meeting here, and I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was. From the start, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us — always with a smile, no matter how many requests we had! The rooms were immaculately clean, honestly comparable to a 4-star hotel. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious hot breakfast, and every interaction with the team was marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The price point is well below what it should be for the level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail they provide. I’m so glad I convinced the other three attendees from out of town to stay here as well — they were equally impressed. If I ever find myself in Upstate New York again, this will absolutely be where I stay. Highly, highly recommend!

Good quiet stay

Quiet location maybe 20mins drive to Saratoga Springs. Reasonable rooms and rates. Good front desk service. A bit dated but furnishings in good shape. Basic breakfast fare. Short driving distances to restaurants and shopping.
