We have stayed several times at this hotel due to its location to the airport. We arrived and ordered a burger at the bar. Another large party showed up 1\2 hour later. The Chef called out so we were told it was going to be a while to eat. After finding out the cook was preparing food for the large party while leaving a small handful of us waiting hours for food. Whoevers' decision to neglect customers who were already in the dining room should be held accountable. The bartender was attentive and apologetic

Everything was generally fine. The staff was very pleasant. The charge for breakfast for what you get seems a bit much. Also the fitness center is a bit lacking, not much space.

Front desk staff was awful. She rolled her eyes at my questions, was bored with her job and seemed annoyed that my arrival interrupted her phone scrolling. She was awful. On the other hand the shuttle drivers, both in the early morning to the airport as well as the pickup from The airport were extremely courteous and helpful

Not the best service
Room was good and was clean. Problems: had no hot water one night. The next day tried to shower again. No shampoo in dispenser. I was going to a party ended up washing my maid with shower gel. Asked for towels 3 times. The last time we were told to track down the cleaning staff. Then there was a mix up with reservation and it took Joyce almost 40 minutes to fix it. Gave us a new key. Key didn’t work waited another 30ish minutes to get that straightened out. Shuttle service was good though.
