Upon arriving to our hotel, the area looked nice and the hotel itself was updated and great. The staff was less than inviting, but I looked passed it as we had been driving for a while and I wanted to get to my room. The front desk proceeded to tell us that we had to LEAVE THE HOTEL to get to our hotel? I was already upset by this and then once we got to our room, it was not what we had booked. We had specifically asked for a king-sized suite with a jacuzzi in the room and what we got was a room with a king sized bed, but no jacuzzi. I called front desk and the clerk was extremely rude with me, telling me that I was wrong and that he wasn’t going to help me in any way and then he hung up on me! I wasn’t being rude or mean, I was simply asking for help as this is not what we had booked. On top of the terrible service and the fact that this is not what we paid for, the room was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, the bed was stained, the fridge did not work and the TV did not work. I called a second time to ask about the fridge and TV and the clerk told me there was nothing they could do and hung up again. Needless to say, we will not be returning and I would really suggest finding a different hotel. The pictures they use for their site are false advertising as none of it is accurate.

Traveled with a service animal, I booked a queen suite, was downgraded to standard room that's a "pet accommodation" room. Service animals are protected and cant be discriminated against& accommodations can't be rescinded by law. I didn't make a stink about it. I figured 'at least we still have 2 beds, how bad can it be?' It was awful, stained bed linen, a bathroom with visible dirt in the corners, painters tape around the towel hooks, incomplete paint, shampoo/body wash/hand soap wall fixtures empty, ceiling tiles lifted up when the door opened, exhaust fan in the bathroom wakes up everyone when the bathroom light is on, rusted fixtures (tissue holder, light switch plates, electrical plate, etc.) Entertainment center and desk leaned away from wall, was nervous they may topple over on my kid or the dog. The refrigerator was ok, not super cold, but kept things chilled,. The microwave didn't work properly as the plate in it didn't spin, and scorch mark inside. Luggage rack had 1 strap that was made of duct tape. Had to go to different building to get ice, and hair dryer from reception. Had they accommodated me in the suite that I booked, i would have at least been in the building that had the ice maker in it, and maybe that building is in better repair than the motel style we stayed in. Familiarize your staff with Americans with Disabilities Act, someone will press charges on day. I wanted the accommodation I paid for, not special treatment.

The hallway was dirty and floor in the room was dirty also false advertisement. Online the room I booked said with bathtub and it was false, it had a handicap shower. Lesson learn to not book and just go to the hotel and ask questions before charging your card.

Horrible experience. I booked a smoking room when I got there they said they have no more smoking rooms that they can put me by the stairs and I can smoke outside(is also a snow storm ) I told them no to please cancel and refund me my money,call expidian they told the money was on refundable so I had no choice but to get the room once they gave me the keys I got to the room and smell like dead meat. I open the fridge and it was rotten meat in the fridge. I called the front desk immediately and told him what was going on. They sent somebody out and they switched my room. later that day, I put the do not disturb sign on the door and left my daughter in the room,she is 17. housekeeping came knocking on the door saying they needed to check the TV to see if the channels worked two workers (males). My experience was so horrific at this place that I booked two nights. I stayed one night and left. I wouldn’t recommend anyone a lot of drug paraphernalia as well.

Pretty good property for the price. Convenient location. Needs some renovations. Pool closed without notice and appears permanent. Fitted sheet was on inside out. Very weird. Very sloppy. Parking lot not plowed. That said. It was relatively clean. The bed was comfortable. The water was hot. Shower had good pressure. Spacious. Towels were in great shape. Front desk agent was accommodating and didn’t dawdle. I’ll go back.
