Nice staff, friendly. Place is convenient if staying in Rotterdam. A little dated but clean and nicely maintained. TV reception and choices not great.

It is OK for the price, the neighborhood is a little sketchy and the hotel itself is pretty dated. The staff member who checked us in was very professional and friendly despite being behind a glass partition, something I don't think I have experienced in a prior hotel stay. The carpet in my room was stained, although it was clean as far as I could tell, but the entire place had a feel of somewhere that was nice at one time but not so much now. Again, a decent value for the money but I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was in poor repair. The bathroom door didn't close. Trim and finishes worn and damaged. TV cable didn't work correctly. Shower had mold and paint peeling badly in the bathroom.

The hotel did not meet expectations from the pictures on the website. The floors and carpets were filthy, stains everywhere. The tub was stained and dirty. Stood on towels to take a shower. Very low water pressure and spiders in room and bathroom. We did not feel safe outside of the hotel. the evening staff was irritated when we asked for additional towels. Only two towels in a room booked for four people.

The plastic on the is noisy and the sheets don't stay on. There is only one entrance and they have one exit door that's locked all the time which is illegal. there is no coffee pot in the room. The doors were not shutting. I had to physically push my door shut. Very run down

Clean room. Comfortable bed but plastic mattress cover made the sheets keep coming off. Shower was clean but knob rickety and only average flow. I’d give the place an 8 of 10 and would stay again. The check in staff was helpful and friendly but the guy that checked us out seemed to be annoyed at interrupting his other duties.
