No hot water in the bathroom sink.The bathroom door was broken and lot of problem opening and closing. No elevator so needed to take steps to 2nd floor which was very inconvenient. Finally, we thought there was some kind of breakfast, which turned out to be a bag with a muffin, apple, energy bar and bottle of water....rather disappointing. Staff was very helpful at check-in.

If i could give negative values i would. Room was disgusting, hinestly shocked there were no bed bigs. Sheets, pillow cases and balnkets stained. Walls scuffed and stained. Toilet cracked and leaking. We paid for long term parking, they called me while i was away stating the parking was up even though i had paid for the parking ahead of time and the amount was for 7 days with tax. There is supposed to be a shittle to the air port we called to be picked up and no one answered the phone so we had to pay for an uber. Sleeping in the woods across the street from the airport would be an upgrade compared to this place

The room was absolutely disgusting. I normally don't write reviews, but there was sticky stuff on all of the tables- and MOLD in the bathroom of our room. The TV/alarm clock/and phone all didn't work either.

Furniture in the room was okay. But as another review mentioned, the shower curtain was pink at the bottom and should be replaced. The bathroom needed better cleaning. We switched rooms when we found 2 stains on the sheets.

Our first room had water on the bathroom floor; the staff quickly gave us a better room. The staff cheerfully gave us a replacement for missing tv remote. The room rug was ok, but the hall rugs were dirty and had holes. Smelly overall. Bathroom wall had mold. Continental breakfast replaced by brown bag from front desk.

I have been in low budget motels before. This hotel was unhygienic, unsafe bathroom with mold , on ceiling, walls , tub filthy, shower curtain filthy. I have video and pictures to show how terrible the bathroom conditions were. Totally unbelievable. I have never seen anything like it before.

Staff is RUDE! There is no breakfast available- was denied breakfast for my little kids - charged extra for “DEEP CLEAN” when our room was HIGHLY UNSAFE AND DIRTY!!! Tried to get my fee refunded as I left room better than when arrived other then the trash that had to I’ve thrown out! I’m beyond disappointed and highly livid with my experiences with Expedia and the Baymont Latham! I’m going to call the health dept / OSHA and the fire dept as the door knob fell off in our hand on the inside of room!!!

This place should not be classified as a hotel. It’s anything but. 38 degrees outside and no heater. TV was not working. There was a leak right over the bed. It was late at night when it started, so just moved to the side of the bed and covered the spot with paper. They advertise breakfast included but it’s a lie. They hand you a bad with snacks and go “here you go…” could tell other people were pissed. Exepedia should vet this property. I used them so I’m not randomly choosing a bad hotel. The staff cleaning the rooms stink. What??? The staid look and smell like your on a subway.
