The property is very unsafe numerous doors none locked or staffed. People doing drugs in the hallway and pool area. Tv and room telephone didn’t work… paint falling from walls and ceiling every time you closed the bathroom door that wouldn’t close or stay closed. I will stop there. Thanks

Room 130 was missing the security latch on the door, TV was not working. Switched to room 148. Black mold in shower. Entry floor dirty, dead bug by luggage rack. Moldy tea bag found in water reservoir of coffee machine. Tooate& tired to change rooms again. Just slept & checked out the next morning. Will not stay there again. Sorry Troy. You're still the best thing about that place. Thanks for the shuttle ride both ways!

Did not like having a room next to rooms being renovated. Noisy late into the night. Hallway smelled of paint fumes. The general manager, Troy, was the best part of this experience. Very nice, friendly. Even drives the airport shuttle.

This is not a best western anymore. New owners at this hotel. There housekeepers need to learn how to clean better. Shower had hair and stuff on the said of it. Hallway are cold and they don’t have heat. Pool was never open. At the front desk there asking you to leave a good review for a gift card. Breakfast was the only thing that was on. I put up my tag for housekeeping to bring clean towels and rags and never came. I had it on the door by 9am. The hallway smells like piss and cigarettes.

I found a used syringe in my room and showed it to the manager at the front desk. He laughed when he first saw it and took my phone and showed it to somebody back door. Did not even offer to switch my room. I had to go back and ask to be moved to another room. He just asked housekeeping to remove it. Not to mention there was no remote for the tv. Area is not very safe. Don’t recommend :(
