Not so much quality
The place is run down, trash everywhere, dirty, stinky. It’s a no smoking hotel, but our room smelled like cigarettes. After getting home, all the clothes in are suitcases smellled like cigarettes. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

The manager was immediately rude once we walked up to check in. The pool was dirty and the filter, water slide, and sprinklers were broken. The game area was dirty. Our room door looked like someone had tried to break into it. There were dead bugs and boogers on the walls, the towels were dirty, the ceiling was falling in, and the bathroom door was broken and nailed back together which made it hard to close. I will never be going back to this hotel and will never recommend it.

Comfortable bed in large room, good shower, spacious breakfast area with compostable plates & bowls. Would have liked oatmeal as a choice Bathroom fan is very loud and has piercing sound.

Needs Some Attention
It would have been just fine bc the room was very nice. My issue was that the toilet had a potty ring in it as it hadn’t been cleaned for some time and the sink had previous guests toothpaste spittle in it. The bedding appeared to be fresh and the floors appeared to be vacuumed and the tub area was ok.

This property was quite frankly, a dump. The entire facility seemed in disarray. The pool literally had 2 ft of water. Huge gaps around doors. Windows secures with a stick. Broken glass and trash all over the property. Stained comforter and stain sitting chair. It seemed every photo used in the advertisement were either very outdated or just plain fake photos. TERRIBLE STAY

The bathroom door would not close (not just a little but way off), no ice machine, no brewed coffee only machine generated coffee, sheets had no elastic left in them and would come undone in middle of night which made for a very uncomfortable and wakeful sleep.

Bad attitudes and misleading advertising
There for a swim meet. Booked the hotel specifically because it boasted an amazing swimming pool with slides. Got there and the slides were broke down and we found out that they have been that way for a long time- so the property should be explicit in noting that. Also- a number of the employees routinely smoke right outside the front doors- it was very uncomfortable requesting that the front desk staff ask them to move away from the door, and I was told that one of the smokers was the manager- then I got the eye-roll and attitude when I stated that I didn’t care if it was the manager or not- they shouldn’t be smoking at the front door as guests WITH CHILDREN are trying to walk in and out. The staff was very disrespectful and acted like we were inconveniencing them when we asked them to refill breakfast items also.
