hotel de primera vista agradable...la habitacion comfortable, excelentes amenidades ....nos ubicaron en la zona de adultos, y fue mas que relajante, aunque un poco lejos del lobby....nos desconcerto que un espectaculo de teatro sea pagado ya que entiendo que al ser todo incluido, no debia ser asi....el equipo de animacion con su esfuerzo en alto....nos parecio buena relacion pago-estancia...el clima bien, solo un dia de lluvia, el buffet variado y con variedad solo pocos platillos se repitieron en los dos dias que estuvimos...nuestras bebidas fueron sin alcohol y muy disfrutables...una opcion de mejora seria la playa de adultos, aunque es pequeña es agradable pero con demasiadas rocas dispersas en la arena, que seria deseable distribuirlas en la estructura adyacente ahi mismo o buscarles otro fin...

Great Service! Everyone was very welcoming. Room was clean and if we needed something help was on the way with in a decent time. The beach was clear and they had entertainment on the beach. I am definitely coming back on vacation.

I loved the spa. It was wonderful those girls know what they are doing. But other than that I really don’t have much nice to say about this place. Yes there were a few employees who were nice and helpful. But the majority were not very helpful and acted as if they were having to go out of their way. The rooms felt old, tired, and rundown. Nothing opens before 7 am. You can’t even get water. So if your an early riser don’t expect to much.

It is a beautiful property with access to all the surrounding hotels and their restaurants and pools. We loved the presentation of the food at all the restaurants. The infinity pool was our favorite when we escaped the kids.

Resort is ok. Bars and restaurants were hot. Only relief from heat was under the fan in our room. Food was fine. Transport to lobby took a long time and walking was really far. Dinner reservations were ridiculous. They can magically find a reservation if you buy a bottle of wine. Overall, the resort is pricy for the quality.

Respeto a la tercera edad.

Encantados con sus atenciones e instalaciones. Solo sugerimos poner orden al momento de abordar los carritos que transportan a las habitaciones. Es frustrante para las personas de tercera edad o con alguna discapacidad verse desplazados al momento de abordar por quienes son jóvenes y llegan corriendo a subirse desplazando a quienes ya esperaban su turno.
