Room was clean, bathroom clean. Easy check in, front desk very nice. No elevator, my room was on 2nd floor. I would stay again. Breakfast was available but a large group had sat before me and had to wait for food to be replenished.
I was very disappoint at the state and lack of cleanliness of my room. The bathroom was not clean. Urine left on the toilet seat and floor. I had to ask the front desk for disinfectant spray. Which I did not get I got spray but it was not disinfecting spray. The bedding was dirty and stained. I wouldn't recommend.
I rarely complain about anything. I am disappointed in both the service and cleanliness of my room. The bathroom was dirty. It appeared the shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Disgusting for a hotel room. I was charged for my room twice. The attendant said the first one didn’t go through and and now I’m showing 2 charges. I contacted the front desk who said they would have to take care of it in the morning. I spoke to them the next morning upon checkout. They said a manager was handling it. They left a voicemail saying it was refunded. I actually saw a third charge go through. I called back after I left and they removed the third charge but the second one remains. I called back another time and was told to give it a few days to refund. I was skeptical because both are showing as posted on my CC statement and not pending. I will be contacting the hotel again to get this taken care. I’ve wasted a lot of time on a dirty room and a terrible customer service experience.

The mattresses were like sleeping on a concrete slab.
Easy check in. Fair breakfast room and offerings. Bed was a little squeaky. No elevator for upper floors. Freeway noise minimal. Small bathroom counter.
I liked the location of the hotel. I did not like how dirty our room was. We asked for a different room. That room was also dirty... Gross stains all over the bedding. Bathroom was very dirty. Lamp shade had holes in it. Floor was stained and dirty.
Very friendly service. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, waffles, etc. Bed comfortable. No elevator so we carried our luggage up stairs, was fine for our younger family but would not be good for older patrons. Overall good stay.
Bed spreads were stained and there was a musty smell to the room. When i went to get breakfast there was nothing available even though there was 60 min left until breakfast was done.
A plus was there were no bugs so we had a good sleep.
