Good cheap sleep

The best thing about the hotel was Mike. Mike was the check in person. The place had a crappy parking lot big the place is clean and comfortable.

Clientele was a bit shady. It was only $50 a night so it met expectations. Id stay again. I would not have my wife or any female stay there. Was awaked around 5:30 am on 12/7 with a guy yelling at a female where the f u been all night. Guy on staff was nice.

Simple quiet perfect if you donโ€™t wanna spend a lot and just need a place to lay your head for the night and dont need all the extra bell&whistles in a convenient safe location guy at fest is very quick and efficient while being understanding and friendly check in was a breeze and stay was amazing as always thank you ๐Ÿ˜

Do not go here. I put my bags in the bathtub overnight. A warning from the fire department was required to be posted in the lobby. Furniture was carved by prior persons. Rust on radiators and water stains on ceiling. I assume that *friendly* persons related to the owners are posting perfect ten ratings and expedia is doing nothing to check the situation out.
