Room was spacious and check in staff was very courteous. Staff was very friendly. Management should be held responsible for issues. Issues were 1. At 8 am the swimming pool had no towels. It opens at 6 am. 2. Breakfast was below average. Though the person in charge baked fresh muffins and distributed amongst people. But by 930 the breakfast was over. Fresh fruits limited. Oatmeal cold, tacos present in other Homewood were missing here. 3. Rooms are dirty. Chairs are worn out.

The room did not have linens for the pull out couch, had to go downstairs in the middle of the night to get them from the front desk for our kids, not enough towels, my husband was given a bath mat to use as a towel. No towels for the pool. Desk staff was very non chalant and unbothered. We will never be staying here again.

While we were waiting there were 2 other guests complaining at the counter about their rooms and one told us this was the worst hotel they ever stayed in so that was great. Our room was kinda clean, you could tell they didnt run a vacuum stuff all over the floor. The hot tub had so much chlorine i got a chemical burn on my face after about 3 minutes. Breakfast was devoured by the time we went down, only an hour after it started, there wasnt even coffee and it didnt seem like they were gonna refill anything. Staff definitely seem like they could care less about anything

At my check in i swiped my card and 475 dollars was taking from my account. No problem. The next morning i was told i either had to pay another 187.00 or leave. I proceed to let the receptionist kno that i paid i had proof of the transaction being made on my account, but I was still treated rudely and disrespectfully. The problem clearly was the hotels fault and i was treat terrible because of it.

No complaints from me about this hotel. The suite I booked was perfect for my work trip. It allowed me space to spread out. The breakfast was on par with what I would expect of a free/included breakfast at a hotel. Every area I was in was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. But the front desk staff on the late shift was rude. Room didn’t have bedding or pillows for the sofa bed. When we asked for the front desk person she acted like it’s not their problem. I probably would not go to this place again.

Decent hotel
Hotel has a very nice lobby . Breakfast was decent. Our room was nice but all kinds of white paint or plaster splattered on blue wall. Curtains don’t close so bright lights shone in. Bathtub was missing some porcelain. Not the cleanest room - fridge had spills in it.
