Rented this hotel to watch the Akron game. Part of the reason we booked the hotel was because they had a pool. Upon check in, the front seat informed us that the pool was down for maintenance. This, and the fact that the hours for breakfast did not fit our needs are the reason for the review.

We reserved two Jacuzzi rooms. The minute we walked into the one room. We found a cockroach on the bathroom floor. Went to the front desk and they offered to mop the bathroom floor. That is it. Over the next two hours, found four more cockroaches, and the front desk, absolutely for refused to do anything about it. I finally complained enough that they moved us to the second floor in a non-Jacuzzi room. Told me we would get another Jacuzzi room the next morning. The next morning came and they told me they did not have a Jacuzzi room available. I ask for at least some of my money back between the cockroaches and not having the type of room we paid extra for have been waiting for over a week. Still no refund still no call from the manager And they actually took $50 extra out of my account than what they should have taken! Ask the front desk person many many times to speak to a manager the first time they told me the manager would be in in the morning and she would come speak to us. That never happened. Ask them to call and let me speak to the manager over the phone they refused. The front desk worker told me they were crediting my account, but again never did. I have called the hotel every day since our trip and they continuously tell me there is no manager available. They have taken my name and number several times for a manager to call me back, and I still have not received a call. . The lady in the room two doors down from us found cockroaches and bedbugs and her room also!

It was clean and smelled good. Only issue we had was the pool was closed and that’s the only reason why we decided to stay there so my son could have some swim time. It would have been nice to know before booking so I could have chosen a different hotel.

Bathroom in room was a little dirty. Soap residue not clean on soap dish or shower ledge. Hair on floor and shower. Pool had dirt on the bottom. When you walked in the pool you could see the dirt swell up. Staff was very nice and friendly Breakfast was good

The smell in the room and in the bathroom was awful. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in. Will not be back. Do not recommend.

With first stepping in to the elevator with what looked like blood spots or VERY old spaghetti sauce stains and realizing that none of the buttons light up let alone the screen show us what floor we are on to help, not a great first impression. The elevator made horrible noises that led us to believe that we didn't know if it would make it up to the 4th floor. We get into the room and everything looks fine and we had to quickly leave to get to our event... After we came back, we realized that everything was not fine. We were met with extremely loud guests that were disruptive until almost 2am. The bed closest to the window had dirt in between the sheets, The bathroom vanity was covered in dust and was dirty. The best part? I try to shower this morning and I turn on the water and for almost 10 minutes I had to let the water run because it spewed nothing but dirt and other gunk and the tub was so dirty I didn't want to get in until it was gone. By the time I could quickly get in to just wash my face and hair I had cold water. If I could un-stay here I would in a heartbeat.

Bathroom shower needs deep cleaning.
Everything was good. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower curtain was too short and water was getting on the floor and there was mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower tub could use some deep cleaning too.
