Management are jerks about pool, hotel OK,
Things were good until tithe morning it was time to leave.. I had a random man knocking at my door for 35 min until I finally got a call asking if I know him. I had my little girl with me and after getting nervous and denying knowing him I was told he would be taken care of.. this put us behind and my daughter just wanted one last swim and they denied this despite being harassed by a stranger (who later was guest across the hall drunk) and not even an apology and they watched my kid cry about the pool we only avoided out of fear of the man banging. I also have ptsd from past abuse and this was such a let down. I’d say the managers are rude but overall staff is ok. Not sure if I’ll go back. This was a very sentimental stay with my daughter

The layout of this hotel is a real inconvenience. There is only one elevator and it’s at the opposite end of the bldg from the check in desk. We consistently had issues with our room keys, either unlocking our door and the door not automatically locking itself back for the security or we’d use card for entrance twice, it would then stop working, and we’d have to go back to the front desk MULTIPLE times for a new key card. Rooms could definitely use an update as well. Pool was nice

Well I was very disappointed when I checked in because I was in aware of the fact that even though I had already paid for my room they still took out a deposit and I'm on a budget and the money they took was the money I had brought for food or anything else I may need. So all I had was 5 dollars to use to eat.
