An excellent property. We used Aix and the Hotel Cezanne as our base for day trips around Provence for 4 days. It couldn’t have been better. There was lots to see and do in Aix and the hotel was about 2 blocks from the main section. We had a deluxe room which was spacious and perfectly set up.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of the town centre. It was very handy for walking to the bus/train station (<5 mins) and into town (~5-10 mins). The hotel and rooms were recently renovated so were beautifully decorated - and we were very grateful for an upgrade. We had a lovely, comfortable and quiet stay and would definitely recommend.

Solid 4-star hotel, nothing remarkable. Good breakfast with lots of options, not so many tables so I made sure I was there earlier than I would have liked. Very good location, 5-minute walk from the centre and one minute from the train station from where you can go to Marseille in under an hour.

Absolutely ideal location. Older building even though they gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room. Although on a very busy street the soundproof windows were excellent. No one to help with bags off season at least.

Spacious room with water and some soft drinks left for us. The breakfast was really nice with hot and cold options. The hotel was in walking distance to everything you need and want to see. I would recommend this property to my friends.

We greatly enjoyed our stay , and the location is walkable to the old town restaurants and shopping areas. We did have an issue with it being too warm in our room and therefore we all slept poorly, causing us to check out a day early. We lost a night’s payment, which was frustrating as we had specifically confirmed that there was air conditioning. The hotel said it only turns on central AC when it is over 22 degrees Celsius, and disarms the individual AC in rooms Apparently, Expedia advertises that this hotel has AC , but the hotel website does not. So while this is an Expedia issue, the hotel dud give our room to a walk in customer and therefore collected payment twice on our room . I will be taking this up with Expedia as well

Very nice hotel- close to train station and historic center. The staff were amazing. I hurt my ankle and they brought me cold packs and gave me tips on how to take care. The breakfast crew were wonderful as well.

A wonderful place to stay in Aix
This was an amazing hotel. The staff were simply great -- accommodating, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Always a welcoming smile for me, and they assisted with restaurant reservations. I would highly recommend this hotel.
