Keep an eye on your items. My husband left his jacket in the lounge by the front door (by valet). Remembered it about 30 minutes later and it was gone. It was not turned into lost and found.

It was very clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff were very professional and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the shower did not have a good seal, and therefore leaked water all over the bathroom floor.

We had to stay one night, we used the pool and hot tub. We ordered room service. The food was really good. My daughter had the grilled cheese and I had the Rueben. The Rueben was excellent.

Every aspect of our stay was excellent. The rooms and hallways were spotless. I worried smoke from the casino might bother me in my room, but there was no trace of a smell there. The restaurant food was excellent— I recommend the smoked salmon salad. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Best hotel in Spokane, by far. Needed to be in Spokane early for a medical appointment. Great sleep in an amazing room. Will stay again for an early flight or event.
