I had a terrible experience at this hotel. On a Wednesday night, the hotel hosted a wedding that featured music blasting until past midnight. The noise level was unacceptably loud, with the music shaking the windows of my fourth floor room. The staff member at the front desk laughed at me when I told him that the noise was too much for a Wednesday night and said there was nothing he could do. They should not have booked me into a room facing the wedding when they knew I was not part of the event. Thanks to the Courtyard Marriott, I was not able to sleep before a dawn tour of the Taj Mahal, which is the reason I visited Agra.

Don't go if you want peace and quiet stay
Entrance took almost 25 minutes. The manager was there but too busy dealing with 1 guest and there were 10 more waiting to go in. Music was on until midnight. They only cater for wedding and events. Not best if you are coming to get some peace and quiet stay. Didn't enjoy at all.

Terrible stay!
After a long day travelling we were unable to use the pool due to a large wedding going on until midnight. The noise from the wedding was awful which meant any chance to relax or sleep was impossible and the manager simply didn’t care. In addition to this we were woken by fireworks at 3.30 and then by an incorrect wake up call at 5.20. A visit to the Taj Mahal was supposed to be the highlight of our trip but was ruined by being so tired. There also was no toilet roll in our room, the rooms are tired and not at all like the photos and the room service food was poor but the main issue was definitely lack of sleep. Avoid if you can!

Had horrible spa experience, massage therapist didn’t speak English and spa host tried to cheat us with pricing , as well as try to double charge my friends card. Not to mention I paid For my service and she told my friend her amount is high because it’s for two people. I paid My own spa bill and luckily was sitting there to call her out why is she trying to charge my friend for my service when I already Paid

Great Property - Staff were excellent, shame some hotel stayers didn't respect the sleep of others. Yelling and running in the corridors at 5AM both morning I stayed there - they even knocked on doors. Not the hotels fault but was hard when sleep was really needed.

Hotel with a caring chef
We loved this hotel’s lobby, swimming pool, and spa. Excellent service at the pool. We were missing the breakfast at the hotel that we paid for. Their chef went out of the way and got our breakfast packed at 5am.
