Staff were super helpful and friendly but exterior was dirty, smelt musty and nasty, linen baskets were left randomly creating hazards through the walkways to our room Room was very bare and unwelcoming, bathroom was mildewy with build up and scum covering the grout, base of the shower and in the corners of the bathroom and shower floor was also slippery with a slimy texture to it

The property is old and run down but the pool was great, the bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet and we feel we received value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would have been thrilled to have a Korean restaurant!

Room 22. Only one chair which had a split in the seat. Had trouble using shower door. Inside and outside paintwork needs redoing. Toilet roll holder is in a very inconvenient position on the wall. Should be higher, not at knee height. Comfortable bed.

There was no information provided in the room.No instruction on TV or aircon or if WiFi was available or any local services, Only power point in the room accessible to the bed was not located in a position to be able to use the CPAP machine. Had to get an extension from the office and run it around the bet to connect the device

After advising the staff that the room smelt of cigarette and marijuana smoke they didn't immediately offer a different room but rather a refund which would have meant finding a new hotel at the last minute. They were very unappologetic for the situation and didn't even inspect the room. They did eventually offer another room with no offer of any reduction in the cost of a smaller room. I assume that they then let our stinky room out to some other unsuspecting traveller. I've had better hotel experiences in backwater locations in third world countries.
