The room was very clean. They have a soft and firm pillow but both pillows were still too soft for my liking. Convenient location with easy access to public transport - bus, tram and train. The free breakfast was a bonus!

The customer service and complementary breakfast was good. Food and adequate seating at the lobby was excellent. Room wasn't that big how its shows on advertisement. Toilet shower vent was really dirty looks like they haven't been clean for 5 years. The area wasn't safe as lots of drug busted people at the entrance of the hotel. My mrs nearly got robbed, but the security guard saved her. No parking for the hotel, the arrangement they have with local parking facility wasn't cost effective.

Good location to see the city sites and close to tram, bus and rail links. The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

The location for this hotel is good, and the breakfast was reasonable, but we had problems with parking our hire car, which meant we spent a lot of time trying to figure out where we could put it without incurring fines or massive fees. I think if we'd known we would be hiring a car at the time of booking, we might have had a better deal, but it cost us $25 every time we wanted to exit the carpark. On top of this, the pillows were very unsupportive, so I didn't have a great night's sleep.

Modern hotel. Close to where we needed to go. Things to note - The bathroom walls are semi frosted glass. In regards to free parking. It’s 1 free exit per day. If you exit more than once in a day you will be charged.
