Very pleased with our stay
Check-in told us everything we needed to know about what our stay would be like. The entry way, lobby, reception, and restaurant are well designed. Duncan checked us in perhaps in the most friendly manner possible and helped us feel like we were friends even though we had just met. He even remembered us throughout our stay and if we needed anything, he didn’t even have to ask our name or room number. He recognised us after just one check-in. Our room was warm and clean and the spa tub was large with a view to television. I recommend paying for the breakfast in advance. The hotel food is actually very tasty and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The staff were so tremendously nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with great character. There were dining options onsite and several things within walking distance to the hotel. Plenty of parking options available as well at both entrances. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Second time staying at this hotel and enjoyed as much, if not more than the first time. Large spacious room that was very clean and well serviced. Having the restaurant and the sports bar was great also.

Charged us over 50 dollars more due to booking though wotif. Akaba make these prices. Arkaba state prices change due to whats going on on that day. Price was still cheaper direct vs wotif price on the same day. Questioned Arkaba staff about this > said we should of booked direct. Probably wont stay here again after this experience due to having stayed here multiple times previously and then to get ripped off. $$$$ OVER 180 FOR A STANDARD GROUND ROOM. Not impressed

Staff very friendly & the room was ok. Unfortunately when I put the aircon on there was a very musty smell. I don’t think the aircon filter has been cleaned in a long time. Room is a little tired & dated looking but otherwise fairly comfortable

First stay and very pleasant. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was good Free complimentary products was a lovely bonus. Very clean and tidy, possible upgrading on carpet for the future and better mirror lighting in bathroom would be nice, loved the dimmer tho Will stay again, thank you to your lovely staff
